Earlier this year, on social media, the 2016 trend became viral on TikTok as people of all ages shared their memorable photos comparing them from now and a decade ago. Here at Granite Hills, we went around asking staff and students to share their photos from 10 years ago. Through many laughs and smiles, staff and students shared their sweet memories. From baby pictures to adulthood, here are some of our everyday familiar faces on campus. It is amazing to see how much has changed in ten years and how far we have all come. Sarai Diaz is a 17-year-old high school student and is an ambassador for the Law, Justice, and Ethics Pathway. She is also involved in varsity cheer and color guard while being a captain. One fun fact is that she has attended 13 schools. In her spare time, she likes to watch food reviews and go on long drives. She is a friendly and dedicated person who is very involved in after-school activities. After high school, she plans to major in sociology and minor in political science, but her ultimate goal is to become a lawyer. She loves the color pink and loves to dress casually.
She is a sweet, kind soul who is kind to everyone she meets. She is always walking around with a smile and makes sure everyone is okay. While she cares about everyone, she prioritizes herself and her peace. She is very into self-care and girly things like makeup and hairstyles. She is always looking for opportunities to be more involved and raise school spirit.
