Brianna De La Trinidad is a 9th-grade student at Granite Hills High School.
De La Trinidad is known for a couple of things, playing soccer and her love for her religion. Growing up in Lindsay, De La Trinidad has always been passionate about getting closer to God.
At 14 years old, De La Trinidad balances school and her love for soccer. She shines in the classroom, with P.E. being her favorite subject. Her favorite teacher, Mr. Kasimoff, has inspired her because he is always nice, he treats her with respect, and he is funny.
This year, De La Trinidad is determined to make the soccer team and achieve good grades.
Something unique about De La Trinidad is she can do a backflip, which makes her stand out.
Despite facing challenges like getting out of her comfort zone De La Trinidad has shown resilience by talking to other people, making new friends, and meeting new people.
She is surrounded by friends who share her passion for accomplishing their dreams.
De La Trinidad is an active part of the school community, participating in AVID, and soccer, and plans to join the track and field team. On weekends, De La Trinidad enjoys going to church on Saturday and Sunday, which helps her unwind after a busy week.
She dreams of becoming a real estate agent and is working hard toward that goal. She hopes to attend UCLA after high school. In 5-10 years, she sees herself becoming a real estate agent and making good money.
As De La Trinidad says, “Failure is simply the opportunity to start again.” This quote perfectly reflects her outlook on life.
