Brenda Denise Herrera is a junior at Granite Hills High School. Herrera loves to listen to music as it helps her concentrate and get rid of her anxiety. She loves to hangout with her friends and family. When spending time with them, she has the happiest moments in life and wouldn’t trade them for the world. She is a shy girl who one day wants to make her family proud by walking across the stage and getting the future she hopes to have. 

Brenda always has time for things that will help her become a better person. After high school, she hopes to become an ultrasound technician or start her own business. Brenda hopes to attend UC Merced for the diagnostic medical sonography program. If the ultrasound technician plan doesn’t work out she will have her own business of either a nail technician, lash technician, or something similar. She doesn't plan to become a failure in life as she will continue to try her hardest. 

An inspirational quote that helps her get through things is, “Todos tenemos un lado de nosotros que ocultamos, no lo vemos hasta invertir tanto tiempo.” - Ivan Cornejo. This has helped her because she can't wait to see the outcome at the end when she has achieved all her goals.
