Grizzlies send Valentine’s Day shout-out to favorite celebs

Valentine’s Day is here. Lets see what our Grizzlies would do if they had the opportunity to mail a letter to any celebrity in the world and why.

“I would send one to Chris Travis, because he has really good music, and I like his music, and I vibe to his music, plus he’s kind of fine” -Priseis Lopez

“Nobody is gonna get this, but, it would be Jon Gruden. I just love his personality, I could watch him talk about football all day.” – Anna Gurrola

“It would have to be Chael Sonnen, because, he’s cool and he is the undefeated undisputed world champion, and yeah.” – Jason Hernandez

“I would mail a Valentine’s note to Panter Belico. He makes good music and I like his music.” – Jorge Velasquez

“If I could mail a Valentine’s Day card out to someone it would have to be SZA because I love her music and I would just tell her how much I love her music.” – Kayleen Rodriguez

“So I would send a Valentine’s card to J-LO and it would say call me number 6.”- Mr. Born

“I would mail it to Mac DeMarco because his music is just like overall amazing and I love Mac DeMarco, and that is pretty much it.”- Rocio Tecuapa

“It would be Evan Peters because he is really cute, and I thought he looked really good in American Horror Stories Season 1.”- Brisa Madrigal

“Definitely Junior H because his music is just nice and very calm and very relaxing to hear.”- Guadalupe Garcia

Karla Mendoza, is a senior at Granite Hills High School and president of the M.E.Ch.A. Club. An enthusiastic traveler and history devotee, Karla cherishes regular trips to Long Beach with her best friend, Lala Martinez. These adventures provide a chance to unwind and explore new places while creating lasting memories. Karla's passion for travel is matched by a love for learning, and finding joy in engaging themselves in new experiences. Family is a cornerstone of Karla's life, as she holds a deep admiration for her older sister, Savanah Mendoza. As one of her main role models, Savanah has been a source of inspiration and guidance significantly shaping Karla's aspirations and values. Looking ahead, Karla is excited to continue her academic journey at UC Santa Barbara, where she plans to major in History with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Her goal is to deepen her understanding of historical events and contribute to the field with a new perspective. Karla loves many things in life, but one of the main things would have to be her love for music. Her music taste is very scattered surrounded by many different artists including; Mike Sherm, Drakeo the Ruler, Brent Faiyaz, Drake, The Weeknd, $uicideboy$, SiR, Mavi, The Alchemist, Quasimoto, Chevelle, Edicion Especial etc... These are only a few of her favorite artists and she loves exploring and finding new artists and is open to all genres of music. She is excited to leave high school and see what tips and tricks she can pick up from journalism.
